Soo bad Experience
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with my experience during this stay. I have encountered several issues, none of which have been properly resolved despite bringing them to your staff’s attention. I would like to highlight the following: 1. Nespresso Machine: At 7:00 AM, I discovered that the Nespresso machine was not working. I contacted reception for assistance, only to be told that nothing could be done before 9:00 AM and that, if I wanted coffee, I could go to the restaurant and pay for it. This response is completely unacceptable, particularly for a hotel of your standard. 2. Unpleasant Bathroom Floor Odour: The bathroom floor had a persistent unpleasant smell. I contacted housekeeping twice to request that the floor be properly checked and cleaned. On both occasions, the staff simply sprayed some air freshener and left. Even after the room received its scheduled daily cleaning, the smell remained. This clearly indicates that the actual problem was never addressed. 3. Room Temperature: The room was uncomfortably hot, and we were not allowed to open the windows. No satisfactory solution or alternative was provided. 4. Incorrect Late Check-out Information: During check-in, I specifically asked about the possibility of a late check-out and received incorrect information from the front desk employee. When I asked again on the second day, I was finally given the correct information. This reflects a lack of consistency and communication among your staff. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is not just the number of problems, but the fact that none of them was properly addressed despite repeated requests. I expected a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and attention to guest comfort. Unfortunately, this stay has fallen significantly below my expectations. I would appreciate a formal response from management explaining how these issues were handled and what you intend to do to address my dissatisfaction.
