  Liked: Good location, good breakfast, decent room and reasonable price compared to other hotels

  Disliked: The elevator was very small, our room (57) was a bit strange with a useless hallway, and two doors to enter

  Liked: The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful (free left luggage). Location was great.

  Disliked: The reception area looks very sad. If you want to "sell the experience" to a couple who comes to Paris you need to do much better. Coffee and cappuccino at breakfast need improvement.

  Liked: I was very much looking forward to my stay at this hotel, however my experience was the worst stay I have ever had anywhere in the world.

  Disliked: The customer service at this hotel is appalling. On arrival at the hotel, my baggage was missing, my airline found and arranged delivery of my baggage the second evening of my stay. The hotel accepted delivery of my baggage and then kept it, for the entire duration of my 5 night stay. Not once did they inform me of its arrival, even when I asked about it. Resulting in me spending 5 nights in Paris in the clothes I had travelled in. They eventually informed me that my baggage was at the hotel, by phone, when I was at the airport and about to board my flight home. They initially apologised and appeared to be prepared to rectify the situation quickly, however the following 3 weeks of stress, upset, inconsistent information and ignoring of my emails was a horrific experience. It is only thanks to my airline who retrieved my bag from the hotel after 3 weeks, that I have my property back. The customer service has been absolutely shocking, my entire trip was ruined by the hotels actions and their actions following my stay made matters so much more stressful.

  Reccomend!

  Liked: Very good location, clean property

  Disliked: The 4 persons rooms need more intimacy, at least a door between the rooms. The light are all on and off from one Button, you can not have one on and the other off. This is a bit absurd.

  Fantastic location!

  Liked: The location was fantastic! Very close to the Moulin Rouge and some great bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: Not much! I would say to take your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom isn't very powerful.
