For a family of 4 adults (parents and 2 adult kids) it was fine for 2 nights and more cost effective

Liked: Really well located in the Le Marais area. It was very clean.

Disliked: 3 door codes was a bit daunting and a resident initially helped us as she was entering at the same time and she said many visitors had problems. In the end we found the photos were helpful and we did fine with the 3 door codes.

Liked: Nice, central place, easy to find, easy to check in

Disliked: Kitchen works, but has no ventilation/fan. The fridge needs some maintenance, it is way too cold, freezing both juice and ham solid overnight. It also needs some defrosting.

Great location, nice facilities, and easy to access property. Needs better cleaning and ventilation

Liked: We received a text message with information about the 3 codes needed to enter the room. This was convenient.

Disliked: The room wasn't particularly clean - underneath the bed very dusty, and the bathroom not very clean. No ventilation also so there was a musty smell around the room entrance and in the bathroom. Finally, the cleaners were quite loud on their phones etc sometimes in a morning and it was inconvenient to pay city tax via cash in an envelope. We wouldn't normally use cash and reaching the correct amount was tricky also. The bed is not very comfortable.

  Good value for money

Liked: The property was well situated. It was clean and the facilities were good. We did have a small amount of trouble finding it on the first night but after that our stay was great.
