Liked: I would definitely reccomend the hotel. The location is great, not far from the city centre and it's really quiet. The room and bathroom were beautiful, newly renovated. The breakfast had all the standard things, not mind-blowing but sufficient. The acquisiton of keys was simple.

Disliked: Not enough hooks to dry the towels. The hotel wants to support the eco-friendly living by washing the towels less times, which is great. But if there are not enough hooks, the towels cannot dry. No reception. I would have prefered a living person. (A matter of taste, of course) More chairs to sit on would be nice.

Room maintenance and pest control are cheaper than poor reviews

Liked: It had AC that worked well.

Disliked: Room 10. The tub wasn't designed correctly. The shower spout was in the middle (long side) of the tub, with less than half of it covered for water. When you turned the shower on, the whole bathroom got wet. The shower head was broken/loose and you couldn't run the shower without holding the head with one hand. We rigged up a rubber band so it would stay on one spot. It only worked a little. And then the bugs. Lots of bugs in the room. There was an ant/bug poison trap in the bathroom. Finally, the parking is 2 1/2 blocks away. When I asked the person at the front desk if there were in and out privileges, she answered 'yes'. Except there are not. You pay every time you exit. $18 over night.

Liked: For our family 2 adults and 2 kids a room had two separate rooms: one for parents and one for kids. It was good to have bought: bathroom and shower.

Disliked: It was hard to find a parking spot. Also you need to pay for parking. Breakfast was good, but the coffee we didn't like. They have such excellent coffee machine, but the coffee was of poor quality.
