Liked: We spent only one night here, and we were satisfied with our accommodation. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped with many supplies (as you could see in the pictures). The bathroom was huge, with all the necessary items (shampoo, hair dryer, shower gel, towels). Parking was in front of the building, and it was safe. It seemed to us that the neighborhood was very quiet, with many family homes.

Disliked: We had communication issues with the owners. They weren't prepared for our arrival. They don't have a 24-hour reception, but they do have a designated area where the key awaits you (boxes labeled with the guest's name and room number), but there wasn't a box with my name. I had to call the number provided by Booking twice before someone finally showed up to bring us the key. We also had a filter coffee machine in the room, along with filters, but there was no coffee anywhere.

The property is forgettable but I feel like the owners already felt that way

Disliked: The listing says they have Air Conditioning. They 100% do not. I would have stayed somewhere else during the heat wave. Two small fans doesn't mean Air conditioning especially when one fan doesn't work because a prong from the wire was jammed in an outlet in another room. A blackout blind cable was broken and made the blind unusable. A window had a broken latch and was unable to be used unless it was wide open (as opposed to top open only).

  Lower end budget accommodation

Liked: Clean enough, beds reasonably comfortable.

Disliked: A bit of a stale smell, location OK, but not walking distance, it's in a suburb.

Liked: Roomy and well equipped, good shower. Super friendly staff, we got into the room really early. Good location, bike storage, safe parking. All excellent.

Disliked: Bit of mould at the shower and leaky shower door rubber, nothing that would keep us from coming again.

Liked: Clean (except for the dishes “cleaned” by previous guests), power sockets near bed

Disliked: I felt disturbed in the morning by a loudly shutting house door and other activities.
