  We had an amazing experience in Bamberg and this hotel was one of the main reasons why!

  Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our host even ordered us a taxi when we needed to leave for an early morning train ride given the language difference. Would highly recommend.

  Disliked: Honestly, it was an amazing stay! The stairs were a beast, but we knew that going in and it was very clearly stated on the reservation. They are just steep and seem never ending with a heavy suitcase! Again, not at all a negative on the hotel, but worth noting for anyone with physical limitations.

  Liked: The location was excellent. I was given a free upgrade which was nice and the room was really big. The coffee machine was a bonus and easy to use. So many useful extras, crockery, a box of tissues, shoe horn, ear plugs....The bed was very comfortable.

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about. Just a comment, not a complaint about this hotel. As an elderly person it would be useful to have a non slip mat offered for the shower. Like most seniors I worry about falling.

  This was a great place to stay across from one of the top rated breweries

  Liked: This was an excellent location right across from a couple of breweries. If you want quiet, don't stay in town, but if you want a true in town experience, this is the place.
