Very good
loved staying in the heart of the city, yet with quiet and peace!
Liked: central location, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Disliked: parking is an issue, as is the whole drop-off process.
Great location
Wonderful Stay in Old Town
Liked: Located in center of old town. Lift worked well. Staff friendly, but professional. Garage secure. Shower water pressure extremely good. Bed comfortable. Adjoining restaurant had tasty food at a reasonable price.
Disliked: Parking garage is tight and requires staff to go in or out to open door for garage. Garage is well lit and very clean, however.
recommending this hotel for all who like to visit Bamberg
Liked: Nice hotel in very centre of Bamberg. all is reachable by walking. Reception staff very kind and assisting for parking, giving all information. Good breakfast.
I was there only one night, the above didn't ruin my time
Liked: Location...
Disliked: Breakfast, there was nobody to tell me where the breakfast was located as it was in a separate room. The food was actually quite good, it just wasn't clear where to find the food. Check out I had to wait ten minutes for somebody to appear and it was classic check out time. There may be a good reason. But as with breakfast there was nobody about to ask. If you arrive early and expect to leave a bag so you can walk around town etc - the hotel is completely closed until 3pm check in time. I was happy to have lunch and a few beers until 3pm and only had hand luggage.

Liked: The location was perfect in the center. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds were awful soft
