Very good
Liked: Great location, even though it's on a square it was really quiet. About 15 mins walk from the train station. Close to the old town. Nice tall ceiling, clean, tidy, easy access of doors with codes.

Liked: The location was PERFECT! Right in the heart of old Town, but ery well insulated and QUIET!
A good option for a stay in the city center
Liked: Great location, smooth & automated check-in/check-out, it was very convienient. We also had a really big bathroom.
Disliked: Some issues with wi-fi and TV, but support was fast. Also, there was a sewer smell from the bathroom, it was quite strong in the mornings.
Great place to stay if you don’t mind stairs

Liked: The location was excellent, very central in the old town and it was spotless clean.
Disliked: There was no A/C, they gave us a fan that did it job but it was actually really hot and we couldn’t open up the windows because of the noise from the street (and also no net for insects on windows). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and our friends’ on the 3rd floor and there was no stairs - so not accessible. I was emailing with the staff as there is no reception, asking for their help because we had rented a large van (2.10m in height which is very specific) and the parkings around were either for short-term use or underground and wouldn’t fit our van. The staff was actually had 0% customer service as I kept explaining no one spoke English and we don’t speak German, and this is a real issue since on the booking listing they advertise “parking garage” but don’t explain that it’s not free, not directly on-site and wouldn’t fit our van. They did not help me at all, and we ended up spending hours looking for parkings as calling anywhere required German which none of us speak. I also felt blindsided when I realised that they wrote “parking” on their listing and what it actually was. Also, there was no cleaning service, as with a traditional hotel - more like an apartment in 3 days no one came by the room to see if anything needed updating so just keep that in mind.
Great location when visiting Bamberg
Liked: Great location. Very easy to get to all major attractions. The room is clean and has everything. Pretty quiet during nights which make a good resting place.
Disliked: It’s on the third floor and no elevator. During the day, there are loud noises due to cleaning and doors opening and closing.
