Liked: The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and courteous. The photos make it look as though the hotel is located right on the lake, but in reality, there is no access to the lake from the hotel.

Disliked: The pool was not heated sufficiently and was actually quite cold. The food selection at the bar was very limited.

Paying for the location. Restaurant staff and reception staff made up for an average stay

Liked: The reception and restaurant staff.

Disliked: The room was very dated and needs some love and care. We were in the old building so I appreciated it wouldn’t be modern but needs looking after. Big disappointment. View from the room however was beautiful.
