Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: The location
Disliked: The room, not clean… a whole spider web in the ceiling. Receptionist was unpleasant and unwelcoming, the whole check in process was very disappointing.
Nice hotel to stay
Liked: Nice room Nice staff Nice breakfast About 250 meters from the old city. Parking free on the street
Disliked: On a main street and even in superior rooms You hear the cars.. Very poor water stream in the shower.
Good Value
Liked: Great Location. Wonderful staff. A big thank you to Johann at Reception. We had a problem and he was swift to resolve it with kindness and good humour. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment.
Disliked: Unfortunately due to high demand the water was not instantly available at times
Okay
Liked: Location, staff was great, enjoyed the underground parking option.
Disliked: Wasn’t as clean as expected but was solved after a quick surface wipe. The hallway smelled weird. Not sure if it’s because of the carpet.
Very nice but we had no hot water on our last morning there
Perfect
Liked: Location and comfort
