Exceptional
Liked: This accommodation is perfect: the location is excellent, the interior is brand new and tastefully decorated, it is quiet, the views are stunning, and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Great stay in fantastic accommodation in an lovely location
Great location in Fussen
Liked: This modern & well decorated apartment was in a fantastic location, complete with an elevator and convenient (though compact) parking. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and grocery stores. One of our favorite features was the balcony, where we enjoyed relaxing together. The owners were friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our group of friends, and we’d gladly stay here again!
Disliked: I recommend adding more detailed arrival instructions - particularly photos showing where to pick up the key and which garage door leads to the elevator or stairs. While it's easy to navigate once familiar, it can be confusing for first-time visitors. Additionally, providing the apartment guide (and key information like WiFi access) in English would be greatly appreciated by non-German-speaking guests.
Wonderful apartment, amazing location
Liked: The location was outstanding. I loved that it was on the bike/walking trail that goes all the way down along the lakeshore, as well as just around the corner from the supermarket and 2 blocks from old town and great restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and very well appointed.
Disliked: Check in was slightly confusing at first but the hosts were very nice and helpful.
Liked: Gorgeous and spacious. Very comfortable and a great location to the old town and all conveniences.
Disliked: The check in process was terrible. There were no instructions left for us and we were told someone would meet us at the property. No one ever came. Communication was difficult as all messages were in German apart from automated messages. There is no washer or dryer despite booking.com claiming there is. We booked this property especially for a washer and dryer at this particular point in our travel. We ended up having to use a laundromat a few times which was fine but not what we were hoping. It took time out of travels and was another expense. Communication was poor. We were asked to pay an additional fee that wasn’t specified on booking.com. Booking.com were not very helpful but the owner of the property did sort things out to the best he could in the end and overall it was a lovely property and Füssen is a beautiful place.
Lovely views and comfortable just extra touches would have made it
Liked: Great location. Comfortable. Easy for what we wanted.
Disliked: Badly equipped in terms of what was in the property. No salt and pepper - not even full toilet roll in the bathrooms and no extras prepared. Felt a tad stingy for the price. Noisy neighbours playing music until late.
