Exceptional
Liked: Lovely place, really nice host. She was very welcoming and caring. The location is also wonderful, beautiful houses in the surrounding and a supermarket close by when needed. Good starting point for hiking and exploring the area. We stayed a few nights with our dogs and they were content as well:)
Wonderful stay in Schwangau
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the castle. The location is perfect – you can easily walk to the thermal baths, and there are also ski slopes nearby, which makes it a great place to visit in any season. There is also direct access to mountain hiking trails within walking distance, which was fantastic for outdoor activities. The guest/tourist card allowed us to use the buses for free, which was very convenient when we wanted to visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spotless, and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
Fantastic views and great proximity to the castle
Liked: The location is beautiful, stunning scenery and the host was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed for a close location to stunning places to visit. The proximity to Austria was great as we could visit Austria too.
Disliked: The wifi connection on the top floor was a bit erratic but suited our limited needs. It would have been great if the kitchen also had a microwave to heat up left overs.
