Amazing
Liked: A very beautiful hotel, very clean. Not too far from city center and the view point from the window of our room is amazing.
Disliked: Only one negative point is the wifi. When I try to connect to, it says that the connection is not secured.
Liked: The hotel has its own parking lot, and it is a few minutes' drive to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room is relatively large, and a bottle of water is free.

I would stay here again. Reasonable price
Liked: Clean, quiet, great view of the mountains & close to Neuschwanstein Castle & downtown Fussen. Staff are very kind & helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was a washing machine in the basement that is very complicated to use and never got to use it. I was told that it’s not being controlled by the hotel. Had to download to WashApp but the wifi signal never worked in the basement. It took us an hour to figure it out then gave up & drove to a laundromat. It would have been bery helpful to do some washing since we are a group of 5 traveling for 3 weeks in Europe.
