Exceptional
Great view of Neuschwanstein castle from the room! Very nice hotel!
Liked: The room was large and had a view of Neuschwanstein Castle! Breakfast was large with omelets made to order. Parking was off the street. It was a 7 minute walk to the Altstadt of Füssen and the bus to Hohenschwangau (the castles!). They provided a “Fussen Card” at check-in that made all public transport locally free! The room had bathrobes and a kettle for tea (you had to ask for, and pick up, both from reception though).
Disliked: The bathroom did not have a door and opened into the bedroom - I hate that setup.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to families looking for clean, comfortable accom
Liked: We stayed here as a family of four for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Although our accommodation was in a separate holiday home just a few feet away from the main hotel building, it was spacious and comfortable, with a living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The place was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also in a great location, making it an ideal choice for families. The only minor downside was that the bedrooms were on the upper floor, so we had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs! 😁

Liked: It was a perfect stay. Great location with a short walk into the old town of Füssen. Lovely staff, beautiful, comfortable room. Exceptional breakfast. The automated massage table was fantastic. All around a wonderful experience.

Disliked: It was noisy from a fellow guest who was staying above - both late at night and early in the morning. The rooms are now well sound-proofed
