Exceptional
Friendly family run B&B in beautiful Fussen
Liked: Charming and friendly B&B guest house a 12 minute walk to the centre of old town Fussen. Our bedroom was compact and simply furnished but adequate and clean, daily cleaned. The shower room was also very small but shower pressure very good. We appreciated being able to park our car on the owners own driveway. The area around Hotel Jakob is really tranquil and we loved hearing the cow bells im the distance when we walked into town. Overall we loved our stay in Fussen, such a beautiful town and the family run Hotel Jakob made us feel very welcome. It was a great start to our road trip around Germany.
Disliked: Although there is a communal area to make tea and coffee, it would have been good to provide milk. The bathroom towels are a bit thin.

Liked: The owners were fantastic. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and throughout our stay we had absolutely no problems. Our room was super clean and well maintained. The breakfast setup was also lovely: our table was neatly arranged according to our room number, and while the breakfast was simple, it had good options and everything we needed. The location is very convenient too. Overall, Hotel Jakob felt clean, peaceful, well organized, and genuinely welcoming. The personal care from the owners made our stay especially memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Liked: Everything. It was clean, nice location, the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful, breakfast was amazing, and no detail was overlooked. A lovely place to stay.
