    Absolute nightmare experience!

Liked: The property got rate 2 for breakfast only, other services were bad. It is a ghost hotel, you won't see the receptionist there.

Disliked: Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It honestly felt like we had arrived at an abandoned ghost hotel that was somehow still taking bookings. There were zero check-in instructions. No information about self check-in, no room number, no keybox code—nothing. We tried calling and emailing multiple times, but nobody answered. We arrived late in the evening completely stranded, and the only reason we got into our room was because some kind strangers staying at the hotel helped us figure out the keybox code. Amazingly, it worked. During our entire two-day stay, we never saw a receptionist. No receptionist at check-in, no one during our stay, and no one at check-out. It was as if the hotel was running itself. After we left, they suddenly contacted us claiming we had forgotten to pay and asked us to make a bank transfer—even though they had never provided any payment instructions beforehand. To make matters worse, they couldn't even issue a proper invoice afterward. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Terrible communication, nonexistent customer service, and complete disorganization. Avoid this place at all costs. I absolutely do not recommend it.

    Great location, but

Liked: The location and the lady who worked there the morning I left

Disliked: The room was the size of a cracker box, my storage room is bigger than that. Everything was done the cheapest way possible. Loose, dried out teabags, not even in the little paper wrap that most of them come in. One cheap little one use soap package for the shower ( I was there 3 nights ) Nobody ever came on for room service, or to at least empty the trash. I never saw anybody during the whole time I was there, not during check-in or anything else until I was getting ready to check out. And since there was nobody there to greet me, or any kinds of information about the place, I didn't know where to go for breakfast or when it would be served, so I didn't get any until the day I left, when they lady showed me where to go. They have a fridge upstairs with drinks that you can buy, but no bottle opener, then what's the point?! The mattress was so old that it was all wallowed out and totally uncomfortable. The internet didn't work at all, it wouldn't even let me log in. And for whatever reason the cell service didn't work inside the bldg either. The lady told me that I could've used the kitchen to be able to get service, but she knew that the signal strength is bad throughout the house. The house smells like mildew and the old stairs going up are very narrow, which made carrying the suitcase very difficult. The location was great, but that's about it. Way overpriced for what they offer.
