Very good
Great location
Liked: Location! It was close enough to the central places with a 5-10 minutes walk. Plus, parking was free there. Also, a lovely view of the castle from our balcony. The house has character and history, and our hosts were really nice.
Disliked: Pillows. Generally, we do not like soft pillows and these were so soft, they were flat. It would also be lovely if they served a full breakfast (by a pre-ordered menu if that easier to organise than a buffet). While breakfast places were not far away, getting ready to go out with a child in the mornings was not the easiest.
The location was great but no breakfast and mould in bathroom
Liked: The Location was brilliant for the Castles and other destinations
Disliked: The black mould in the bathroom, in this day and age is unacceptable, and the bed was uncomfortable although this is personal taste.
Disliked: The hotel disappointed me although it was in a very nice location, it was very old and dirty, and I feel that all they cared about was getting the money.
Liked: We loved the beautiful views of Neuschwanstein castle from our cozy balcony! The room was clean, comfortable and check in was easy!

Disliked: Because there is no front desk, you have a window of time to arrive. We were running behind and didn’t stop for dinner to make it on time. I suppose we could have called, but we were in and out of service. I’ll be sure to plan accordingly next time.
