Liked: The apartment was spotless. Great locations. Even although there was no personal contact with staff they were friendly and professional. There was a problem with the main door Sunday night 22.30 by 0700 Monday morning it was fixed very efficient. Great value for money.

Disliked: Only downside for me was no lift. I was on 4th floor with heavy suitcase. I didn't affect me but there is no ground floor space for pushchairs or bikes I saw others guests lifting them upstairs to their rooms.

Great apartment but poor external presentation

Liked: The location is central and convenient. The actual apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. Online staff were helpful and responsive.

Disliked: There is no place to put bicycles. The lift is clearly broken and smashed up-not a good look. Our apartment door was stuck- every time you needed to get in you literally had to kick the bottom of the door hard to get it to unjam.
