Good
Very helpful staff but the hotel is not good
Liked: The man at reception went absolutely above and beyond to help us they were very kind and helpful. Location is very central and room was clean once we eventually had it sorted
Disliked: The first room we were given has the most terrible smell of drains which could even be smelled from the hallway before entering the room, I would never normally ask to move rooms but it was unbearable. We were then moved to a different room and again the reception staff was really helpful with this but the new room hadn't been cleaned at all since the previous guest the bedding was unchanged. The reception staff had this cleaned for us which took about 40 minutes and the room was great after this
Liked: It is right beside a parking lot. The pillows were nice and soft.
Disliked: The hotel is on an island in the middle of a mass of freeways. Not pleasant walking around there. The room is small and they don't even give you a glass. You get a little paper cup.
The worst experience of my life!
Liked: Nothing. Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: When I arrived, the room wasn't clean. The cleaner smelled absolutely awful. I used up a whole can of deodorant in the room and the hallway, but since the stench wouldn't go away, I left. I threw 176 euros down the drain.
Liked: Good room, aircon, comfortable beds, good shower room.
Disliked: Complicated to get to on a bike & on foot.
