Good
Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is easy to find nearby.
Liked: The location is good, it's a quiet area although you can hear the trains pass ny sometimes. I like the bed/mattress, which is important as my back is not so good.
Disliked: There is only 1 socket for electricity in the room (I used it to charge my phone instead of having light next to the bed). The apartment itself is a bit noisy (but this actually had more to do with one of the other guests).
A great place to stay as long as you don't need to get work done on the internet
Liked: The location is good. The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen to use while I was there. The check-in was easy. I never saw any staff. While there were other people in the rooms near me, we just said hi to each other and it never got in the way.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the internet never worked. This was a problem for me because my plan had been to spend 2 days working at this location and I was unable to do so. It sounded like they didn't know how to fix the problem other than to keep calling technicians in.
Liked: relatively cheap
Disliked: Next to a loud cargo train rail, no hot water in the shower, host hardly reacted to messages (never even reacted to the cold water problem) but did sent a lot of standard messages with rules, blinking light of the fire alarm (probably put of battery warning, sloppy), student dorm like building.
Great
Liked: Clean, large room with cool hardwood floors. Great shower. Kitchen with everything I needed. Walkable to downtown.
Disliked: Shower didn't drain properly and it didn't have a freezer.
Really good place, clean and well arranged
Liked: So clean, facilities available and nice
Disliked: The location was a little far from city center
