Liked: Good location and parking space provided.
Disliked: The basement apartment had a wall covered in black mould. It was on the wall covered with a curtain, even the curtain was mouldy! Right behind the bed in the bedroom. The smell of damp and mould was unbearable. There was no cover for the light switch in the bedroom, so you have to touch inside of it to turn the light on! Not safe! Tv didn't have any channels, and wifi didn't work, so no Netflix. We actually slept on the sofa in the living room, as I couldn't stand the mould and smell of it. The fridge was smelly, and the coffee machine was so sticky that I didn't dare to use it. It's not worth the money as it feels unsafe!
Misleading Listing – "Feeling Good" Is Anything But
Liked: The property has one parking space, which was convenient, and the location is good.
Disliked: The apartment was in terrible condition. Everything was dirty. The walls and ceilings had stains and holes everywhere. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and a strong damp smell filled both the apartment and the stairwell. Around the bathroom window, mold was clearly visible and spread across the surrounding area—completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The kitchen was completely unusable—we couldn't even make a tea or coffee. The smoking area chairs were so filthy and smelly they were unusable. The photos in the listing were completely misleading. The strong damp odor, which luckily can't be detected in pictures, is never mentioned in the description—yet it was overwhelming. When I contacted the landlord, they said this was acceptable because the apartment was "at a low price" of 96 euros per night. That’s no excuse—basic hygiene should be a given. In its current state, this apartment should not be rented out at all.
The worst place in Koblenz!
Liked: Nothing. It wasn't even cheap!
Disliked: Absolutely shocking. Unprotected and open outlets, which with children is insanely dangerous. The place has been rushed to be renovated and it shows. The pictures are very deceptive and taken to mislead anyone that books. This place was dirty, unclean AND dangerous. Avoid at all costs. We even had the water randomly turned off one morning and a guy told us 30min. No notice, no discussion. Not acceptable. Rang the number listed and no one picked up.

Liked: Very spacious - comfortable - fully equipped - clean - friendly host - easy access - close to next supermarket - close to Fort Ehrenbreitstein - good value for money
