Fabulous
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, comfortable and clean, and excellent location.
Liked: Rooms very large and clean. Friendly staff able to find last minute solutions to extend the stay. Great breakfast with good honemade cakes
Disliked: All good!
Excellent short holiday at a good hotel. If in Koblenz again, I would definitely stay there
Liked: Hotel was clean and clearly well maintained. It was also in a good position, only a couple of hundred yards from the main railway station. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fine.
Disliked: TV only had one English speaking channel and instead of something mainstream like BBC, ITV, or CNN or even Fox, I switched on to find myself looking at GB News and Farage's condescending mug! So that didn't last long.
Liked: Suprisingly comfortable stay with a very large spacious room with a mini balcony and extra bedroom. Very surprisingly nice.
Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms and the a/c worked great.
Liked: location, breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: there weren't hotel slippers provided
