Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: All receptionists very friendly and helpful
Fantastic location and spotlessly clean. Staff were always helpful
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Friendly staff. Good restaurant
Liked: The room was clean and as described. I especially want to mention the helpful and very friendly receptionist who helped me with a request.
Disliked: The mattress could be newer and more comfy.
Definitely glad we booked
Liked: The location. We wanted to be near the train station and couldn't have picked anywhere better for this. We had a corner room with plenty of space and the room was spotlessly clean. Good pillows, comfortable bed and good heating which was important for December. Complimentary tea and coffee. Plenty of space in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy. The hotel had shops nearby and only around a 20 minute walk to get to Deutsches Eck and the Cable Car which was where we wanted to be.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like, we wish we had the time to use the restaurant/bar. Next time!!!
Excellent for rail travellers
Liked: Clean and comfortable, with an excellent restaurant (try the Käsespätzle), and within very easy walking distance of the Koblenz central station.
Disliked: Since it's so convenient for the central station, it's a bit of a walk to get to the centre of Koblenz.
