Sadly not the best hotel we could have chosen
Liked: The location
Disliked: First room was like a box, very small and it was so noisy. We had to go downstairs to request air conditioning remote. Television didn’t work
Liked: Excellent breakfast to start the day with the Rhine,Mosel and old town on the doorstep of the hotel
Travel with Pets avoid it. expecting a parking watch out, otherwise highly recommended
Liked: Hotel give us an upgrade, we got an apartment with a 2 rooms and a big bathroom, something that we appreciated. Location is great, that is a really plus.
Disliked: We need to pay an additional 20 Euros for the dog, you are not informed about this additional until you finish your booking, not a nice surprise. But is even worst when they later tell you, you can't enter the breakfast room with the dog, no alternative room was provided (we do have breakfast included). Parking is not included even when you chose a hotel WITH parking, they provided you with a parking place at an extra on a near place (thanks I can find for my self!).
Not value for money
Liked: Breakfast. Bike storage
Disliked: Very dated decor. Plumbing very poor with (in 2 rooms) basin plugs not working and in 1 room the shower holder not working and in 1 room the ex flush not working properly. Poorly filled holes on wall in bathroom where old fittings had been. We do t mind some things not working, but the price was high and one would expect for that money to feel cared for. Not value for money.
