Big, comfortable apt in central location

Liked: Very big, comfortable, clean apt. Great location and good value. Washing machine & Dryer.

Disliked: No elevator and our apt was on the 4th floor. No indoor storage for bikes.

Liked: The location was close to Koblenz hbf and many bakeries and stores. Although the noise of the trains was a little annoying but for us was a good place to reach by train.

Disliked: But the apartment wasn't so clean as we expected, the fridge smelled so bad and even the coffee maker wasn't washed. There were no extra garbage bags nor spices except salt in the kitchen. The apartment was also on the 4th floor with so many stairs!

Liked: "The property was very nice and we had a good stay. You can easily walk to the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood."

Disliked: "I didn’t like the location. The station was very noisy, even in the evening and at night. Also, there was no lift available."

Liked: Modernity; high standard of fitting out. Spacious.

Disliked: Could not turn heating down in one bedroom. Some radiators hot; some not. Boiler controls did not seem to make a difference. Could not get simple news on the TV. No instructions for anything.
