Exceptional
OK for 1 night
Liked: spacious apartment; the facility is OK. They send a lot of messages in booking and in whatsapp. It was easy to get the code (through an app) to get the keys from the box
Disliked: There was no "sleeping facility" foreseen for the 3rd person. I contacted them in whatsapp, they said that someone would come to do it. But then later they sent a message that the bedding and bed linen are inside the sofa in the living room. It was indeed the case, but I had to put the bed linen and make up the bed myself. Then I asked about the towels for the 3rd person, they again answered that someone would pass by, but NEVER did! And only the morning after (when we already left), they sent me a photo that the towels were in a drawer in the bathroom (while all others were on the bed in the sleeping room). So, the communication was NOT good. There is no elevator. I didn't inform them that I was travelling with elderly people, but they didn't ask either. And to get to the entrance door of the building - you also have to go up quite some stairs. There is only ONE teaspoon in the kitchen (and several tablespoons). It's very difficult to find a parking space there.
Amazing flat, good location
Liked: This apartment was an absolutely fantastic find and served as the perfect stop during our trip. The space is exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the high-quality beds for a great night's sleep to the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Best was the free parking on street:)
Disliked: It was on the third floor, so it was a bit of a walk to get up to the room. It was nevertheless it was a lovely flat and worth the walk up the flight of stairs.
Liked: Nicely equipped and modern apartment, quiet neighborhood. Parking on the street nearby.
Disliked: A bit far from center and is on heights.
Disliked: I was waiting for a password from WiFi 23 hours

A well presented property, largely making up for initial misgivings
Liked: The quality or the facilities eg two televisions. The spaciousness of the rooms. The overall cleanliness. Certainly value for money
Disliked: Not knowing that it was a lock box property until the booking was confirmed, then not receiving the key box code until 4 pm. The lack of on site parking (Garages below property unable to be used for off street parking) Coffee making facilities were present but no actual coffee sachets or milk supplied. Being asked for passport number and to provide a signature on an online registration - something I've never before encountered in 20 years of using Booking.com.
