I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.I would give this 0 stars if I could

Disliked: I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The host sent me the wrong code for the lockbox, leaving my partner and me completely locked out of the apartment with all of our luggage for hours. We felt unsafe and deeply embarrassed standing out on the street while hundreds of people passed by looking at us with pity. I called the host a hundred times, and even a local neighbor tried calling and leaving messages to help us. No response. Finally, around 9:00 PM, the host called the neighbor back to give us the new access code. To make matters worse, the host didn't even apologize or check to see if we were okay after making us wait for hours in fear. This host is completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and lacking basic empathy. This was a nightmare experience, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend and stay again

Liked: It was ideally situated, fitted out, comfortable and clean.

Disliked: Not that I didn’t like it, I didn’t realise there would not be a lift and having had a hip replacement last year it was a little difficult managing the stairs. However, the apartment was great.

Modern Apartment with Unexpected Bonus—Note the 4th Floor Walk-up!

Liked: The apartment was lovely—exactly as pictured, very clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. A massive bonus was finding a dryer in the unit, which wasn't mentioned on the booking page. It was great to have, though I wish I’d known earlier as I’d already paid for laundry at my previous stay!

Disliked: The check-in instructions need improvement; adding a few photos would make the process much smoother. It’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. This should really be mentioned prior to check-in so guests can prepare for the climb with luggage.

A good sized apartment in the Old Town

Liked: A good sized apartment in the centre of the old town.

Disliked: It's on the top floor with no lift, which was ok for us but might be a problem if you have mobility issues.
