Very good
One-night stay
Liked: The apartment was easy to find. It was spacious and comfortable, and everything was convenient. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
Disliked: The railway is quite close, so it can be noisy with the windows open.
Good apartment, just needs a few basic amenities to make it perfect
Liked: Beautiful, clean apartment. The beds were comfortable. Location was great, on the main shopping street.
Disliked: The oven door is still missing. No soap provided for hand washing or shower. Pillows were awful. Really lumpy. Communication with the owners was difficult. I messaged them three times on booking, didn't get a reply until the last moment. Booking also contacted on my behalf, they couldn't get a reply either. Apartment wasn't ready at 15 00. I had to phone the company to get it sorted.
Very average but affordable
Liked: Fairly near to station and main shopping street
Disliked: Needs refurbishing and didn’t feel particularly clean Keys weren’t in the lockbox when we arrived. Had to call owner to get them. Poor process
Liked: The location is great for exploring the town. We have easily found a place to park the car. The river Mozel was in about 10 minutes walking.
Disliked: There was a barrier to enter this part of the town, which the host had to raise. We had some trouble to synchronize this with our arrival.
Generous space and more than enough for a family of 4
Liked: Spacious!
Disliked: Oven door doesn’t exist and host didn’t tell us.
Best Airbnb we stayed in!
Liked: Everything was amazing, clean and provided. There was not one thing missing at all. The property took all of our requests and made sure everything was provided. Cutlery, bed sheets, towels, fruits everything was top quality. The cleaner amelia I think her name was, was also very lovely and respectful. We will definitely be booking again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.
