  Wonderful apt in Old towne

  Liked: The location is perfect! Just a five minute walk from the train station. Located in the middle of the old town with everything you need. The apt is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. Even though the apt is located on a busy street it is very quiet. Would highly recommend.

  Apart from the above, we had a fabulous stay in Konstanz

  Liked: Lovely and clean. Brilliant location.

  Disliked: Extremely humid and no air condition made it uncomfortable. Also we were not aware there were so many stairs up to the apartment. Parking for the car was a nightmare having to keep moving it each morning. Nowhere to store our bikes safely so had to keep them in the car. Not ideal.

  Will NOT try this property again and will definitely NOT recommend to friends over my network

  Liked: Washing machine and the space

  Disliked: 1) Too hot - did not provide at least a fan to circulate the air 2) Bed is too soft 3) No peep hole on the door; the staircase is too steep to transport luggages 4) When the windows at the living room were opened in the evening, the entire apartment was filled with swarms of small green flies! It was such a scary sight to see the entire basins being filled with dead flies in the morning! 5) The fly screen in the bed room cannot be locked and is susceptible to break-in. We could not sleep well as we are worried someone may climb over the parapet to our room. 6) The reply by the group administrator of booking.com is rude! While we understand this is not a hotel but an apartment, but we do have have genuine concerns. Very First night - it was so hot that we perspired profusely the moment we stepped inside the apartment. So when I emailed the admin personnel, the least the person could have done is to be more empathetic and not brushed off my concerns with “ this is not a hotel …”
