  Disliked: Unfriendly staff, no way to adjust heating, no fan for the stove, dirty plates and oven trays

  Liked: clean and central

  Disliked: a bit cold in the bathroom, but a bit too warm in the bedroom (would have preferred the opposite). transparent shades so you’ll likely to wake up several times during the night - light is coming in from the windows and the glass door to the entrance every time anyone passes by your front door and switches the light in the stairs. Same applies to sound - you hear everyone who passes by the door and the birds being active at 5am in the garden. The retro refrigerator is noisy. If you arrive on a Sunday make sure you pack shower gel and a teabag. It would feel more welcoming us at least some basics were present in the flat (a teabag, sugar or shower gel cost minimally, not sure why the hosts don’t provide this). Otherwise the flat is nice.

  Birkenliebe - an Oasis from where you can walk to everything

  Liked: Location, flat was quiet, very clean, close to good restaurants and and easy walk to the harbour.

  Disliked: Minor thing......got a video on WhatsApp, didn't know who it was from so deleted it. Maybe add some notes to say who you are and what video is for would be better. Otherwise communications worked very well.
