Very good
Recommended for family stay
Liked: Good location with bus stop is just outside the residence with regular bus connections to Konstanz city centre. They also provide Bodensee west card with which city travel is free and you get avail discount on other tickets. Underground Parking facility available. It is Quiet place and has friendly staff.
Disliked: The cleaner accidentally threw away our plastic bag of our laundry clothes after mistaking it for rubbish. I brought the issue to the owner's attention immediately, but unfortunately, the garbage had already been collected and our laundry clothes could not be recovered.
I strongly recommend this hotel
Liked: Spacious room (Plenty of space for our luggage), beds and pillows very comfortable. Very handy and clean bathroom with room to put our toiletries, and space to hang the towels provided by the hotel. Shampoo and soap are also provided by the hotel. There were even a fridge in our room as well as glasses, mugs and spoons, however I don't know if it is the case in every room Very quiet room, didn't hear noises from outside or inside the hotel. The breakfast is served in a nice room-veranda surrounded by trees. Breakfast was very good with varied and fresh range of food. The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers and 2 min walk from the bus stop. The hotel provides public transportation free pass for tourists (the fees are included in the taxe). There was also a free underground parking for our car. This parking closes with an automatic fence, so the parking is very secure. The staff gave us all the information needed at our arrival.
Disliked: The only thing missing for us would have been a kettle with some tea bags and digestives (cookies or biscuits) to eat in the evening before going to bed:)
Nice place, friendly host, free carpark
Liked: The room was spacious and had a living room and all. Comes with free tickets for the bus. Comes with free parking.
Disliked: it is not close to the city centre and you need to take a bus which takes about 15-20 mins. THey provide complimentary day passed for the bus. Best to still stay here and tale the bus esp if you are driving as comes with free parking and parking in the city centre- you can absolutely forget it.

Good value for money
Liked: This is a small, basic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a good continental breakfast available. The host was friendly and helpful. There are bus stops outside the door, and it is a short ride into the centre. Buses are frequent. If you're looking for better value accommodation than some of the larger hotels in the centre, this is a good (no frills) option.

Liked: Very spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Great beds. Lovely continental breakfast in a really pleasant dining room. Owner was really pleasant and helpful. Great hotel next door to eat at too
Disliked: Difficult to find entrance to get into car park. Maybe some better signage would help.
