  Wow! What a great place to stay

  Liked: Beautiful and quirky decor, lovely helpful staff, clean and great location. Very quiet. Easy to store and charge bikes. Located right on the bike path. Short easy walk to restaurants, shops and sights.

  Located directly on the lake with easy access to the city

  Liked: This is a curious little hotel filled with artefacts from around the world. It’s an idyllic location directly on Lake Constance. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The room and balcony was spacious although crowded

  Disliked: Perhaps the room constellation with the furniture can be redesigned as the bed is squashed into a nook while the bulk of the room filled with other furniture that served no purpose and impeded comfort

  A beautiful lakeside villa

  Liked: A wonderful location, directly at Lake Constanz/Bodensee. A beautiful historic villa with a lovely garden - truely unique. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Totally quiet. Close to the old town. There is a coffee machine (not tea) in the room. A spacious room.

  Disliked: Not much to say. It is a historic building, so it is not new which brings its charm - one just needs to know it. Reception or any other facilities are from 8am to 6pm only.

  Liked: The property is very comfortable in the “ old” pre WW2 sense!!! The garden has seating areas ( rooms) which are prefect for the different times of day

  Disliked: We were here during an exceptional hot spell so the natural ventilation was hard pressed
