  Liked: Renovated rooms, plenty storage space, fully opening window. Friendly staff and kettle available for small deposit

  Disliked: Only issue I found was that we were able to access the rooms from the public underground carpark on multiple occasions without using the key cards. I'd like to see the doors locked personally.

  Anja Stockmann and Ibis staff should be commended for their service

  Liked: Shout out to Anja Stockmann and her staff for making my visit a little easier on me. My husband was admitted to the hospital for 5 days and the staff were really supportive and accommodating. I chose this hotel because I could walk back and forth to the hospital. Staff kept me in the same room, allowed me flexibility in checking out, and refunded me 2 days when my husband was released from the hospital earlier than expected. Not all hotel staff would be caring and every time they saw me asked: "How is your husband doing?" Very, very personalized service.

  Great budget hotel right next to the centre

  Liked: Lovely budget hotel on the edge of town with only a short walk over the river to everything you need. Parking was easy despite no discount for residents but it was only €13 for the night. Very surprised by the quality of the hotel. It's so nice and well positioned. The weather was lovely so we sat outside the hotel with a drink when we returned from a busy day exploring Konstanz. Room was basic and not tea or coffee facilities but it was good value for money.

  Disliked: Only issue was lack of aircon. It was some but it was useless. The window opened wide though and we had opted for a quiet room at the back so no problem really.

  Disliked: The staf that cleaned the room could smile a bit more they didn’t even say good morning when i said to them And the elevator got stuck But the rest was perfect

  Fantastic bed and breakfast hotel, very close to train station/bus stop and friendly staff

  Liked: We got two rooms with double beds each attached together for family of 4. So, we felt being together and very comfortable. Ofcourse, its costs additional, but it met our expectations. Great breakfast. We enjoyed it. It is available until 11am, which is great if you were tired from the previous day visits or with young children. Ofcourse every other bus from Konstanz go through this way, on the 2nd stop and just 5min away. So we are well connected as well. Staff is happy to keep our luggages before checkout as well as after checkout. Thats so nice..

  Conveniently located

  Liked: The hotel is relatively new and modern and the location is very good to explore the city

  Disliked: It was not clear whether the public car park was the correct place to park the car. Check-in was slow and reception staff was not friendly. The hotel is quite expensive considering the rooms are basic and small.
