Liked: Very comfortable, easy self check in, travel cards were awesome.

Disliked: A little out of the way but we knew that when booking, but this made it quiet at night. Wifi didn't work well in the apartment, but did work up the stairs in the entrance.

Amazing and helpful staff. Relatively disappointing facility

Liked: It was well equipped and the utensils were clean.

Disliked: Because it was the basement it got damp and smelly quite quickly. The bathroom sink would leak. The internet went out and couldn’t be fixed until the resident in the top luxury flat moved out, because for some reason they’re all up there (why doesn’t the basement have it own router??)

Liked: the location was good, the apartment was nice and clean, next to bus stop.

Disliked: I think a vegetable knife and a bit of salt, sugar and oil should be there
