  Liked: The apartment decor inside was beautiful and was of good quality. Imelda the host provided very prompt and friendly communication prior to the stay.

  Disliked: The description fails to adequately highlight that the apartment is directly above an extremely loud Techno Bar which booms out deafening music from 18:00 - 03:00 (certainly for the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed). We have lived in Munich for almost 10 years and agree with another reviewer that this seems to break 'quiet time' laws which they are obviously ignoring. The apartment literally vibrated and shook all night and it was impossible to rest (despite the description saying the location "provides a charming setting for relaxation". We could not open any of the windows or use the balcony during this time as the outside smokers area for the bar is directly underneath the bedroom window and the smoke from both cigarettes and marjuana came pouring into the apartment. Simply having a very small mention 'potential for loud music' at the very bottom of Booking.com's page is insufficient warning (and very easily missed) as to how bad it gets and does not go far enough to provide an accurate description to allow people to properly consider whether they wish to stay at that location or book somewhere that does 'provide a charming setting for relaxation'. Also, as we travelled in August, we requested a fan to be in the apartment but this was not provided. Pity we were not able to open the windows!

  Superb

  Liked: Cozy and central place, loved the fireplace especially! The hosts were super kind, carrying and responsive. Will be my choice Nr.1 when visiting Konstanz again.
