We loved staying at this hotel!

Liked: They upgraded our room at no charge. Breakfast was on a gorgeous patio on the lake and the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room could have been cleaned a little better.

  Lovely hotel

Liked: A beautiful hotel and we were greeted warmly at the desk by the hotel receptionists on all occasions. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and pleasant as were all the breakfast duty staff.. As it was my birthday and also our honeymoon it was a very special trip.. the gift of wine and a card in the room was very much appreciated.. thank you for a lovely stay! X

  Great experience, lovely hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location, room with lake view recommended, food very good, especially breakfast. Staff very helpful. Mention for Kathy on reception in particular, outstanding, incredibly guest focused, booked our forward stay for us on our way home at another Steigenberger hotel. Our 3rd visit to Konstanz and each time at this hotel - hope to return Highly recommend.
