  A time to remember!

  Liked: A picture box hotel that’s as wonderful as it looks, very clean, food was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Arrived very late and still had a warm welcome thank you.

  Disliked: The only thing and it’s not really a bad thing it the car parking cost should be included in the room price.

  Nice place but unpleasant

  Liked: Not far from Konstanz Bahnhof.

  Disliked: There is no reception desk at this hotel. The elderly staff member who was at the Bar was unsuitable. He could not even do something as simple as serving guests in the order they arrived. He decided the order according his own rules. On a 35 degree hot afternoon, we were made to stand for over 10 minutes wheil he checked in the guests who arrived later. We were not even offered chairs. The fan was pointed at him.

  Fantastic place to stay

  Liked: What a beautiful hotel, with loverly staff, our stay for just one night and it was fantastic. The breakfast is lovely. They don't do evening meals but we walked across the bridge into Germany and ate at a restaurant on the side of the lake. There is plenty of parking.
