The stay reminded me of my college years in the dormitory

Liked: Everything was as expected. I had no problems getting the key. The room was clean, the fridge was functional.

Disliked: The student dorm atmosphere may be better for young people than for families on vacation, but I will mention that there was a quiet atmosphere in the location.

  Very nice, clean apartment

Liked: Clear instructions to check in, easy and safe service to collect key. Very attentive staff (remotely), very clean and comfortable apartment. All toiletries present and some complimentary coffee, etc too. I used the washing machine downstairs, but staff needs to be warned in advance if you will use it so they leave the door open for you or provide a key.

Disliked: I annouced in advance I wanted to do my laundry on arrival and the door to the laundry room was shut at 4pm (checkin is at 3). I contacted the staff remotely to help me, they promptly found a solution but i wish they had told me before that a key was needed:) Small details make all the difference;)
