Very pleasant and suited my needs. Self-access was well managed

Liked: Access was via keycode which worked perfectly. Contact from hosts was clear and concise. You felt that the support was there should you need it. Loved the use of washing machines and the food and drinks machine. Very near to the river which has some nice spots to sit.

Disliked: Paying with cash for food and drink. Could they be digital payment?

Good value for money in a great location

Liked: Good location close to Charlottenhof Bahnhof and walking distance to Sanssouci Gardens and der Havel. The area is quiet and safe as I arrived after dark. Communication with the management was straightforward by email for check in and check out processing.
