  Better than expected — clean, comfortable, well organized with great attention to detail!

  Liked: I requested a room on the first floor because there is no elevator, and I was traveling with my elderly mother, who cannot manage many stairs. Fortunately, a first-floor room was available. The room was even better than it looked in the photos. The kitchen cabinets were fully equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged, which showed me how careful and dedicated they are in their work. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the peaceful inner courtyard was a lovely touch. There were also plenty of power outlets, which are always very useful. The room also had a floor fan that worked very well during one of the very hot summer days we spent there.

  Disliked: The only thing that was a little inconvenient for us was the bathroom fan. It turned on automatically when the light was switched on, as is common, but it took quite a while to turn off after the light was switched off. Because of that, we hesitated a bit before turning on the bathroom light at night, as we had to wait around five minutes for the fan to stop before going back to sleep. This is something that could easily be improved by having separate switches for the light and the fan. Also, it is good to keep in mind that the stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so this may be something to consider if you have many heavy suitcases or if you generally have difficulty climbing stairs.

  Travel light to enjoy your stay

  Liked: Neat and tidy, well appointed.

  Disliked: No contact upon arrival. Was told to arrive after 3 pm, but the staff left at 2 pm. I had a code to enter the building, which was fine. Was feeling quite sick that day, my suitcase was heavy, and my room was way on the top and the back of the building, no elevator. It took a while, but someone did eventually show up to help carry up the suitcase. The email response was quite quick. Upon leaving no such luck. The cab driver helped me carry it down. Overall a fine stay for rwo nights.
