  Very frustrating, I would not repeat my stay with them

  Liked: It is well located in Potsdam Dowtonw. So it is easy to commute to the main places in the city.

  Disliked: The process for receiving checking in is not clear and the phone number they provide is attended by an artifical intelligence that is not helpfull at all. I had to message them many times because the door code of my apartment was not working and I stayed outside for hours after a 18 hours flight. After many attempts to contact them they provided a number attended by a real person who gave me instructions for accessing to a spare key. Also they have a desk office at the entrance that remains unattended even when I arrived within the business hours they advertised. The WiFi code is not given until you enter the apartment so there is no chance to contact anyone unless you are inside the apartment. They should provide via message instructions for connecting to the WIFI once you are inside of the property so you can contact the staff in case of any inconvenience. Fortunately, the property shares with people that live in the same building and one of them assisted us and let us use they house internet. Otherwise I could not have contacted the property staff. Finally, the check-in time is quite late (after 4pm) and the check-out is quite early (10:00 am). Basically this is for making you pay the extra 50 euros for late check-out at 01:00pm. I reported all of this to them and I never reiceived any apologize or compensation for staying for hours sit on the street.

  Liked: Easy check-in (digitally). Unit was spacious, had stylish furniture, and the courtyard was really pleasant. It has a small but convenient kitchen area and came with some good coffee pods and the Tschibo machine, as well as a teapot, etc.

  Great location for y

  Liked: Amazing location in the most picturesque part of the city with great eateries and shops on the doorstep. Helpful staff. Very clean and warm on chilly evenings

  Disliked: The decor was a bit dated, dark wood panels and strange bathroom ‘cube’ but all functional

  Liked: Quiet. Beautiful. Aesthetic. Modern yet classic. Very uncomplicated check in at 21:30 possible without help. Sometimes when traveling you just a place to crash and sleep. This is not one af these times. This apartment is the main attraction, and the main reason for my stay in Potsdam, not just necessary accumulating. Really enjoyed staying there, especially the quiet and scenery. Next time I'll book a full week.:) Very nice people, staff, guests and neighbors.

  Disliked: The lamp in the middle of the room is hanging so low bumped my head about 25 times.:)
