  Perfect stay

Liked: Everything was in place, very nice and comfortable, very well organized and equipped. Very good position in the city center, also quite close to bus stations. An elevator would have been nice for the third floor, but all the area is “breathing” for nature and sports, so its ok.

Disliked: I cloud not spot any minuses. If I ever come back in Potsdam, I would stay there again.

  Inaccurate listing and poor communication

  Liked: N/a

Disliked: We booked this property because the room was advertised as having a balcony, but on arrival our room had no balcony at all. This was misleading, and had the listing been accurate, we would have chosen a different property. We contacted the property immediately to request a room change, but they refused to correct the issue and were dismissive of our concerns. Contacting the property was also frustrating, as there is no direct phone number - you first have to deal with an AI chat agent that was unable to help and are then instructed to communicate by email. The room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was broken, and there were no windows to ventilate the room. The only way to get fresh air was to open the doors, which opened directly onto the street and could be accessed by anyone outside, making it feel unsafe to leave them open while sleeping. As a result, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. Overall, the inaccurate listing, poor communication, and lack of resolution made for a disappointing stay.
