  Perfect location and exceptional staff

  Liked: Staff were excellent. Location is spot on. Breakfast was great value because we ate & drank so much!!

  Disliked: Towels could have been a bit bigger and shower soaked the bathroom. A kettle in the bedroom would have been a bonus.

  Liked: The location was fantastic, right across the street from the city palace and film museum, just across the river from the Potsdam central station. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the river. The facilities were nice if a bit small, but the room.overall was comfortable. The hotel restaurant was wonderful for dinner. I didn't have breakfast but the breakfast spread looked nice.

  Disliked: When I booked my stay they were on kne reservation system. Between booking and arriving, they switched over to a different system. This made communicating with them difficult, and unfortunately at during that time there was an issue with a third party booking agent that required speaking with the hotel staff. The issue was resolved, and I don't believe there's an issue with speaking with the staff now. But it was an unfortunate experience to have.

  Liked: I really liked the reception staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, and the location was fantastic.

  Disliked: The only downside was the lack of a fridge and an electric kettle in the room.

  Liked: Nice architecture

  Disliked: Took 43minutes just to get into the car park because the front desk staff member wouldn’t believe me that the gate was not opening. Unfortunately, very much affected the rest of our visit as we missed our dinner reservation and everything apparently closes early.

  Hotel okay for short stay with great location

  Liked: The location was great and rather comfortable rooms.

  Disliked: The cleaning service is only etery 3-4 days; reception staff telling confusing information about additional payments and expected standards. We have to top up our room price to more tolerable conditions.
