  Disliked: AVOID this place! We called the hotel to tell them we arrive late at night. They agreed to deposit the key somewhere and message us the description. Description came. At the location there was no key (probably they just simple forget) only a registration form. Only after we complained over booking, they added " it is in the flower pot". But at that time we were already on our way home. Our request for a full refund was declined and it was claimed we wrote a message around 22:18 telling, we would come in 30-40 minutes. We never wrote such a message.... The way they talked to me afterwards was uncritical and unprofessional. Instead of just a simple "we're sorry, we made a mistake, we'll refund you", they still complain in an arrogant and condescending manner...

  Greta stay!

  Liked: Pretty good and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Wifi not always working and we were never able to make the TV/channels working.

  Disliked: Bathroom is separate - you have go through common corridor, the room has disgusting smell, bed with stains. To get keys looks like a “game”

  Neat, traditinal Pension. Good value for the money. had a good stay!

  Liked: Pension zimmer Unicat is located in the pittoresque Babelsberg Nord area. I enjoyed the wooden furniture and paneling in the room. Neat clean bathroom. I also liked the coffee machine and closet space. The staff doesnt seem to speak English, which wasnt a problem for me.

  Disliked: Access to the stairs and rooms is through a crorridor where the restaurant workers smoke during their breaks. However, in the room air is fresh, the problem is only in the outside corridor.

  Liked: Nice location in a quiet street close to train station to Berlin. Family appartment with a kitchenette, size right for a family of four.

  Quiet, comfortable beds, not much more than that though

  Liked: family Room was clean, beds comfortable. quiet. Many restaurants to choose from in the area.

  Disliked: Bath was very tight with a pretty funky shower setup. We weren't expecting much, we just needed a place to the stay the night. Wouldn't want to stay here for multiple days. Okay in a pinch
