Exceptional
Location great, beds very comfortable, lovely and clean
Liked: Central in short walking distance to shops and restaurants. We only stayed 5 night but the bedding:towels were changed twice. 20 mins form airport we paid €30 in taxi the owner provided us with a number

Liked: It was excellent, very neat and clean, loved the fact that there was a kitchenette too. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's in such a wonderful location in Chania Old Town, everything walkable.

This place was clean and great for access to the old town. If you are looking for a quiet place you may not want to stay
Liked: Great location. Restaurants on the street were fabulous. Easy access to the harbour and all amenities. I
Disliked: We had originally booked the room with the balcony on the second floor but instead were provided with the ground floor room. The bedroom with two beds was extremely uncomfortable so we ended up sharing the same master bed which was more comfortable but extremely disappointing.
Good location but there are other choices
Liked: The location is good. In an area that had restaurants and fairly easy to walk in this old town area.
Disliked: Be prepared...if you have any reason to actually write to and ask questions do NOT use the email address connected with this place. Apparently no one reads it and you must only communicate through booking.com. In addition, there was absolutely no housekeeping during our stay...no fresh towels. House keeper was there when we checked out. The safe was broken, unusable. Most importantly, the rooms are as stated up stairs and in different buildings. If you have large or heavy luggage, DO NOT BOOK this place. No one is available to help carry up many stairs. Thankfully, we caught the housekeeper and basically tipped/paid her to help move luggage. And parking is another problem. If you do not arrange ahead of time to pay for a space in a lot near hotel, good luck!
Liked: Wonderful place. Staff very accomadating and hospitable. Allowed us to store luggage and gave us an early check-in. Location is right at a side alley, opposite minaret, with shops and restaurants. Open the door and enjoy the city.. However, we did not have any noise issues from alley or pedestrian traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.
Liked: In the heart of the old town, if you’re looking more relaxed time book yard room as we did!
