Liked: It is truly one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is spacious, clean, quiet and the view from the balcony on the backside was amazing. Special note for the bed that was so comfortable, as a person that has difficulty in falling asleep. The communication was very quick and easy and they accommodated requests, such as extra covers, immediately. Last but not least, in the basement there are washing machines and a drying machine, but also a rack to let them dry in the balcony is available. We will choose it again in the future.
Disliked: I cannot think of something that bothered us. Maybe for people who are not a couple, the lack of a more sturdy door separating the bathroom from the rest of the apartment could be an inconvenience.
Great stay at this place
Liked: We were 4 people, we stayed there 2 nights, and I am speaking on behalf of my colleagues too. The whole flat was clean, comfy and beautiful. We were satisfied with our stay there and with the staff. Around 20 minutes it takes to the city center. We had a walk and it was nice before and after diner. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Disliked: If something would be problem for someone is there is no washing machine and if the stay is longer, one should think of that.

The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Maria. She is an outstanding hostess who genuinely cares about her guests. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made us feel at home from day one. As we were traveling with a baby, Maria thoughtfully provided a baby bed, high chair, baby spoons, and other essentials, making our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. These thoughtful touches meant a lot to us and showed how dedicated she is to ensuring her guests have the best possible experience. It is rare to find both a stunning property and such exceptional hospitality in one place. Maria went above and beyond in every way, and her recommendations, responsiveness, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. If you are visiting Chania, this is the place to stay. Thank you, Maria, for your incredible hospitality and for making our family trip so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning!
