Exceptional

Peaceful stay
Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at Chania Locals Rooftop. Efychia was an exceptional host, who responded promptly if I needed help with anything. The property had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom as well was exceptionally stocked with toiletries. I enjoyed using the amenities in the kitchen to make dinner every night. The balcony was lovely to step onto and soak up the views and amazing plants. There were also these sweet cats who would greet me by the front door.
A very lovely studio
Liked: Eftychia, the host, provided all the necessary information, greeted us personally when we arrived late in the evening, was extremely helpful planning our short stay. Location was brilliant, quiet area, parking spaces available around, shops, cafes and pharmacy nearby. The studio was basic, but we had all what we needed and didn’t spend much time inside. Coffee machine in the room was such a lovely thing to have! And the rooftop - it rained when we arrived but the next afternoon we had a chance to enjoy the views. All in all a lovely place to stay, and Eftychia is a great host.
Pleasant quiet spot perfect for relaxation

Liked: Clean, practical studio apartment perched on the top floor surrounded by a massive, beautifully decorated roof terrace. Technically the terrace is partly shared by the building but we always had the whole space to ourselves. The apartment itself is a small space but has everything you need including a fridge, stove and oven. AC works decently well and, since it's high up (be aware there's no lift, need to climb several flights of stairs) it was also well ventilated by just the breeze even in summer when we stayed. Nice coffee shop, bakery and supermarket all within a minute walk. Easy to find street parking outside but still within walking distance of Chania (~30 mins) so a good option if you're renting a car.
Disliked: The shower in the bathroom is comically small, which I guess has to be given the size of the room. Not a big deal just a bit annoying.
Perfect for a short stay in Chania town!
Liked: We stayed only one night, but we truly loved the place and we wish we could have stayed longer to visit all the places Eftychia recommended around town! The view from the terrace is unbeatable! The rooftop apartment was small but great for a short stay like ours.
