Fabulous
Liked: Breakfast was nice. Location is really very good for the bus station.
Disliked: The room was very noisy from outside traffic especially at night. Perhaps some sort of triple glazing for windows/door to balcony.

Disliked: I would have lived to have made myself a cup of tea when I arrived at midnight. So a kettle and tea making facilities would have been lovely

Liked: My girlfriend and I were staying in Chrispy for 4 days and everything was excellent, from beyond helpful receptionists (they allowed us to put our bags until our flight late in the evening even tho we went to Heraklion for two days after stay in Chania) to excellent location near the Chania center. Huge recommendation if you are coming to Chania:)
Disliked: nothing, but be ready to find a parking on the street for potentially 15+ minutes
