Exceptional
Amazing stay in a perfect location
Liked: We had an amazing stay at Copal Simple Staying. George was always only a text away if we needed anything and Lisa was so welcoming and provided great hospitality! The rooms were clean and modern and we found our room to be the perfect size for a couple for the week. Our absolute favourite part was the location - right in the heart of the old town amongst all the best restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Perfect stay for experiencing the old town. The roof terrace with jacuzzi being the highlight of the accommodation
Liked: The location is right in the heart of the old town, lots of bars and restaurants close-by. The private roof terrace and hot tub is the highlight of the accommodation. Everything is to a good standard
Disliked: Without lift, but probably not common in these buildings
Beautiful, spacious and clean property
Liked: The location is fantastic and puts you in the heart of Chania Old Town. Despite being situated next to the busy streets, it is in a small quiet alley and i was well rested throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room has everything I need. My host George was very responsive and reached out prior to my trip which I really appreciated. Before I arrived, he provided check-in details promptly which made check-in very seamless.
Disliked: The shower lacks proper partition and water tends to spill out. It is also a property with no lift access so carrying my luggage up a flight of narrow stairs proved challenging. Nevertheless, these are minor issues which did not affect the overall comfort of my stay.

Great place to stay!
Liked: We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to George, who was extremely communicative and helpful (he even helped us arrange a taxi.) The location truly couldn't be better. We were right next to the old town streets, surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the bus stop, which made it super easy to book tours around Crete. Everything felt clean, well-kept, and perfectly located. Highly recommend Copal
