Fabulous
Great location for a three-night stay in Chania. Friendly hotel staff - very helpful
Liked: Great location at Nea Chora beach and near the old town. Free hotel parking lot a three minute walk away.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel room. If you plan to wear shorts in the breakfast room in the morning, wear mosquito repellent even in October. Otherwise the mosquitoes like biting behind your knees.

Friendly staff and convenient location, but dated rooms and lack of balcony privacy
Liked: Staff: The team was lovely—extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Location: Great base in Nea Chora with lots of excellent tavernas nearby, and an easy 15-minute walk to the Old Town. Amenities: Downstairs bar was a nice, convenient spot for an evening nightcap.
Disliked: Room & View: The room was quite small with dated decor and furniture. The bed was also just a double so a bit on the small size. Although listed as a "town view," it was just looking at the back of the apartment building opposite. Balcony Privacy: No partitions between balconies, putting you right on top of neighboring rooms, so we couldn't use it comfortably. Key/Security System: After-hours instructions were to use a hidden key to get inside and retrieve our room key from behind reception. Due to safety concerns about leaving keys unattended, we carried the bulky keyring with us all day, which was annoying. Value: At €78 per night, it felt a bit high for the room size and basic standard, even taking Chania's higher prices into account.
Liked: Friendly reception, great neighborhood, lots of nearby restaurants, close to beach and old town. It was clean. There was a drying rack outside for laundry. Nice desk area with great wifi. Nearby parking lot.
Disliked: Room was a bit small for two people. I think it was over priced at 79 euros per night paid in advance.
